Farmer’s Market Team Member
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Liquid Fables is a ready-to-drink NYS based canned cocktail company that focuses on blending exciting & delicious cocktails while using real and fresh ingredients! Over the last couple years we have established our brand throughout the NY Metro area and this year our goal is to grow even more! One of the key channels of growth we have seen is in Farmer’s Markets and One Off Events where we can sample consumers and educate them about who we are!
We are currently looking for self starting and energetic storytellers to join of team! While no two days look alike below lists out responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
This job requires an excellent work ethic, passion for artisanal products and strong people skills
This position requires weekend work
Car travel is required and a clean driving record
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Farmers Market:
Represent Liquid Fables to consumers at each Farmer’s Market
Increase Liquid Fables’ brand recognition
Grow sales month-over-month through innovative displays and building relationships
Plan, manage time, and prioritize as necessary to align efforts with monthly objectives and company sales goals
General:
• Ability to manage different roles and be flexible with off the cusp tasks in a fast- paced start up environment
• Punctuality and professionalism matter always; arrive early for all meetings, Farmer’s Markers, and Tasting Room hours
• Time management; must be able to manage time to effectively close out goals and administrative duties
• Regularly monitor supply, demand, pricing, competitive brands, industry trends, and positive/negative feedback, and communicate findings with team
• Bring an energetic, cooperative, proactive, self-motivated attitude Education & Requirements:
• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Must work mornings and weekends
• Valid and clean driver’s record
• Must live in territory
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Selected candidates must pass a background and driver’s license check
