Liquid Fables was born in 2021 in Beacon, New York, from a simple idea: canned cocktails didn't have to taste like a compromise, and they didn't have to look like everything else on the shelf. We wanted to make drinks worthy of the stories we grew up on — and good enough to start a few new ones.
Real Ingredients, Unreal Stories
Each of our cocktails is named for a fable or folk tale, and each one is made the way a bar would make it: real juice, real ingredients, and spirits sourced from regional distillers who care as much about their craft as we do about ours. No artificial shortcuts, no "cocktail-inspired" fine print. Just a genuinely great drink that happens to come in a can.
From the Tortoise & The Hare to Little Red Riding Hood, every character in our lineup earned its place — first in the storybook, then in the recipe development, and finally in your cooler.

We're proud to call the Hudson Valley home, and prouder still that our neighbors keep voting like it — Liquid Fables has been named Best of Hudson Valley for Canned Cocktails four years running. You'll find us on shelves across New York and New England, at farmers markets throughout the region, and pouring every weekend at our tasting room on Main Street in Beacon.

Liquid Fables was founded by Laura and Matt Green… partners in business, in life, and in the firm belief that the best drinks, like the best stories, are worth doing right.
Matt brings more than a decade of beverage alcohol experience to the brand, with roots in craft beer and a knack for knowing what makes a drink worth reaching for twice. Laura is the co-author of everything Liquid Fables from handles all the branding from the characters on the cans to the experience in the tasting room.
Both Hudson Valley natives, Matt and Laura grew up here and never stopped falling in love with it. So when it came time to bring Liquid Fables to life, there was only one place to do it: right in the heart of the Hudson Valley, on Main Street in Beacon.
When they're not making cocktails, you'll find them visiting local farms, breweries, cideries, and wineries across the valley and constantly testing new drinks at home. Every can starts as a story around their kitchen table.
